Welcome to the website of the Roman Catholic Parish of the Sacred Heart, Whaley Bridge & Disley.

Located by and including parts of the Peak District National Park, our Parish covers an extensive area in both Derbyshire and Cheshire, including the communities of Whaley Bridge, Fernilee, Buxworth, Kettleshume, Newtown, Furness Vale and Disley.

We are a part of the Diocese of Shrewsbury, and in the recently estab-lished Local Pastoral Area 7 ( which also includes the parishes of Bollington, Macclesfield, Poynton and Congleton) and in the Regional Deanery of Central Cheshire.
